1. Custom Products
As we specialize in custom products made to your specific design requests, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items unless the product is defective, damaged, or if there is an error in customization (such as wrong size, design, or personalization details). This includes all items personalized with custom text, images, colors, and sizes.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error in the customization, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund. To process this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. In some cases, you may be asked to return the defective item before the refund is processed.
3. Non-Customized Products
If you purchase a non-customized item from our store, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in new, unused, and resellable condition. To return a non-customized product:
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
